An Invitation to Inspire: Become a Delegate at the 2026 RGS Careers EXPO
Preparations are already underway for the 12th Annual RGS Worcester Careers and Higher Education EXPO, which will take place on Thursday 26 February 2026, from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Recognised as one of the most significant careers fairs in the region, the EXPO welcomes a host of exhibitors and attracts hundreds of visitors from RGS Worcester and schools across Worcestershire.
Organised by the RGS Worcester Careers Department, the event provides an exceptional opportunity for delegates from Universities, businesses, and organisations to connect with enthusiastic and well-prepared pupils from Years Seven to Upper Sixth, as well as their parents. Each year, delegates commend the event’s professional coordination, high engagement levels and the quality of conversations with attendees.
From the outset, delegates are supported by an experienced and dedicated team led by Head of Careers, Mrs Audrey Williams and Careers Administrator, Mrs Helen Kirk. The EXPO is expertly organised to ensure a smooth experience from registration through to event day. Exhibitors benefit from strong promotional support in the run-up to the event, utilising the school’s communication channels, newsletters, social media, and website to reach a wide audience across the region.
The EXPO offers delegates the chance to represent a broad spectrum of career and education pathways, from Law, Medicine and Allied Healthcare to Engineering, Creative Industries, Finance, Architecture, Technology and the Armed Forces. Exhibitors stand alongside leading UK universities and national organisations.
During the afternoon, delegates experience a lively and rewarding atmosphere, engaging directly with pupils who arrive well-prepared to explore their future options. Interactive stands are encouraged, creating memorable experiences for students, whether that’s hands-on engineering challenges, healthcare demonstrations, or creative portfolio showcases.
Beyond the busy exhibition hall, the EXPO provides valuable opportunities for networking with other professionals, Universities, and training providers. Many exhibitors use the event to strengthen their regional presence, promote new opportunities such as Degree Apprenticeships, work experience, or graduate routes and establish long-term connections with the School and its pupils.
Participation in the RGS Worcester Careers and Higher Education EXPO is not only an opportunity to inspire the next generation but also to build visibility and professional links within the Worcestershire community.
