🏉🌟 Oliver Selected for Gloucester Academy U17 Festival 🌟🏉
Congratulations to Oliver, who was selected to represent the Gloucester Academy U17s at their festival.
Stepping up into an older age group, Oliver played around 40 minutes across three positions, showcasing his versatility and embracing the opportunity from start to finish.
He made a strong impact, particularly in the tackle, while also demonstrating strength in the lineout and maintaining a confident, vocal presence throughout his time on the pitch.
Most importantly, Oliver looked completely at home playing up an age group and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
A fantastic achievement and an excellent development opportunity as he continues his rugby journey. Well done, Oliver!

Our Upper Sixth students have received excellent results across A Levels, BTECs and CTECs, opening the way to an exceptional range of destinations from competitive degree apprenticeships, gap-year opportunities and university places across the UK.

The results follow an exceptional year for the School, which was named Independent Senior School of the Year at the Tes Awards 2026. This year’s Upper Sixth students played an important part in achieving that national recognition and now leave RGS ready to pursue their own ambitions.

Congratulations to sporting twins Eden and Ellis, who are celebrating their results and looking ahead to exciting new chapters!
🏐 Eden, Girls’ Netball First VII Captain and a player for Nottingham Forest, will study Law at the University of Exeter, where she will continue her passion for netball alongside her studies.
⚽ Ellis, the School’s Football Captain, will head to Loughborough University to study Geography and Management.
