Who to Contact at RGS Worcester

In general, if you have a query or would like to inform us of something concerning your child, contacting the relevant Form Tutor is often best in the first instance. You can contact them directly by email, or email office@rgsw.org.uk asking for a message to be passed on.

You can call through to the main Reception on 01905 613391 and leave a message for any member of staff.

As always, we do ask that any email contact is brief and respectfully written; long emails are often not conducive in helping to solve concerns, and we would always prefer to discuss more complex matters in person or on the telephone.

Below is a basic guide for whom you might like to contact or leave a message for with specific queries:

Absence and Emergencies

I would like to inform the school of an absence (illness, appointment etc.)
I would like to request term-time absence (exceptional circumstances)
I would like to relay an urgent message to my child during the school day
