Excelling in Equestrian Championships
Congratulations to Year Seven pupil, Lilianna Sprigg, who qualified for the Arena Eventing Championships in April this year, finishing in 5th position. This impressive ranking awarded Lilianna qualification for the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA), Equine America Eventers Challenge Championship, held at Hickstead last month.
Lilianna and her horse Roo, had an excellent event, resulting in an 8th overall position out of 184 competitors – a fantastic result!
Lilianna said: “Going to Hickstead was such a great opportunity but a very long drive away, but so worth it. Roo (Rosog Rusty) was brilliant and just loved the atmosphere. I was really nervous before I went into the ring, but Roo was just brilliant!”
