Discover RGS Worcester with Our Admissions Team

Ahead of our forthcoming Open Morning, we are delighted to introduce the RGS Worcester Admissions Team, who play a key role in welcoming families and guiding them through the process of joining our School. The team ensures that every visitor feels at ease and has the opportunity to learn more about the many opportunities available at RGS.

We are pleased to welcome Mrs Helen Cope as our new Senior Registrar. Helen joins us from Kitebrook Preparatory School and brings with her a wealth of experience in supporting families as they consider the next stage of their child’s education. Working closely alongside Helen is Mrs Victoria Heath, Deputy Registrar, and Mrs Cherri Davies, who leads on Admissions and Partnerships. Together, they form a knowledgeable and approachable team who are committed to providing a warm and professional introduction to life at RGS Worcester.

Supporting them are our Administrative Assistants, Miss Annabelle Howarth and Miss Amelie Johnson. Both Annabelle and Amelie are former pupils of RGS Worcester and have returned as part of our Admin Team for their Gap Year. Their insight as recent leavers allows them to provide a unique perspective for visiting families, as well as valuable assistance with tours, administration and events.

There is also the wider Admissions team across all four Schools who work together to support transition from our 3 Nurseries to Prep at RGS The Grange and RGS Dodderhill, from Prep to Senior at RGS Worcester and RGS Dodderhill and finally from RGS Dodderhill to the Sixth Form at RGS Worcester.

Whether you are attending one of our Open Mornings, arranging an individual visit during the School day, or simply seeking advice, our Admissions Team is always happy to help. They look forward to welcoming families next Saturday to RGS Worcester’s Open Morning and to sharing all that makes RGS Worcester such a vibrant, supportive and inspiring place to learn.

If you are not able to visit us next Saturday but would like to see all that RGS Worcester can offer your child, then we would be delighted to welcome you on a normal school day during which you will be given a school tour and have the opportunity to meet the Admissions team and the Headmaster.
