County Golf Championship Success for Year Nine Pupil

Over the Half term break, Year Nine pupil Rapha Rea achieved outstanding success at Stourbridge Golf Course, where he was crowned Under 14 County Golf Champion. In a strong performance, he secured first place in both the gross (83) and net (60) competitions.

Rapha’s dedication to the sport has seen him make remarkable progress in just 18 months. His commitment to regular practice and his enthusiasm for Golf are now being recognised beyond county level. Rapha has been invited to compete in the prestigious Midlands Golf Union Champion of Champions event at Girton Golf Course in Cambridge this September.

Rapha is also a keen and able cricketer who plays for the Under 14A team and has already represented the Under 15A team as well this season.
