OEs Enjoy Professional Networking
One of the greatest advantages of being a part of the Old Elizabethan (OE) network lies in the support and sense of kinship encapsulated in the ‘Family For Life’ ethos among RGS alumni.
Professional networking holds immense value for former students, facilitated by the Foundation team who organise opportunities for OEs to meet with others in their field within the OE community. In line with this, Foundation Director, Scott MacDonald and Development & Alumni Relations Manager, Sophie Borrillo-McLellan recently enjoyed reconnecting with fellow OEs employed in the Finance and Law sectors during a gathering in London.
This marked the third meeting tailored for this sector, where familiar faces mingled with fresh connections. The diverse array of experiences and career trajectories shared during numerous conversations underscored the richness of the OE community.
Head of Careers, Mr Audrey Williams also attended the Finance and Law networking event, engaging with OEs spanning a variety of professions. They enthusiastically learned about the thriving RGS Careers programme, which current students benefit from.
Thanks must go to all who attended, and we eagerly anticipate the next gathering.
