Year Nine Pupil Maxwell Moses Secures National Selection
We are delighted to share some exciting news about Year Nine pupil Maxwell Moses.
Maxwell represented the Under 15 ISFA (Independent Schools Football Association) Representative team in a fixture played against the Manchester United Under 14 team at the Manchester United Football Academy.
Maxwell played incredibly well throughout the game showcasing his resilience and determination whilst demonstrating his goalkeeping skill and ability with confidence in front of a large and enthusiastic crowd, including members of the Manchester United first team.
Maxwell has now been selected to represent the ISFA’s National U16 Team for the upcoming season. This presents an incredible opportunity for him to showcase his skills on a national level.
This superb achievement builds on his recent success of being selected to attend the England Men’s Under 15 Squad Selection Camp at St George’s Park last October and his achievements as a part of the West Bromwich Albion Football Academy where he has a one year professional contract. Maxwell is part of a small handful of players to be offered this contract at such a young age.
The RGS Worcester community is immensely proud of Maxwell’s accomplishments and wishes him continued success in his Football career.
