Year Eleven Pupil Awarded Prestigious Arkwright Engineering Scholarship
We are delighted to announce that Year Eleven pupil Jai Sanehi has been awarded a prestigious Arkwright Engineering Scholarship, the UK’s most esteemed recognition for aspiring engineers. This highly competitive Scholarship is designed to nurture and inspire the next generation of engineers. We are especially pleased that this is the seventh consecutive year an RGS pupil has been awarded an Arkwright Scholarship.
Jai successfully navigated a rigorous selection process, which included an aptitude test, a detailed application, and an interview with industry experts. With competition intensifying each year, his achievement places him among an elite group of pupils nationwide.
Each Arkwright Scholar is sponsored by a leading commercial company or professional association, gaining access to invaluable opportunities such as hands-on work experience, curriculum project support, and one-to-one mentoring. This support will undoubtedly help Jai further develop his engineering skills and career aspirations.
On receiving his Scholarship, Jai commented: “I am honoured to receive the Arkwright Engineering Scholarship. The application process was challenging but incredibly rewarding, and I am excited about the opportunities this scholarship will provide.”
Congratulations to Jai on this outstanding success!
