RGS Hosts Leading A Level PE Conference for Second Year Running

This April, RGS Worcester hosted the PE Focus A Level OCR Revision Conference for the second successive year, welcoming over 90 students from across the region for a day of intensive, high-quality revision.

Organised by PE Focus, a national company renowned for delivering expert examination preparation, the event brought together students from as far afield as Surrey and North East Yorkshire.

The day featured bespoke, Examination Board-specific sessions delivered by Senior Examiners, offering students rare insight into precisely what is expected at A Level. Among the presenters was ​​​​Acting Head of Academic PE at RGS, Mr Stefan Sekula, who delivered a high-level, focused session that received fantastic feedback from students and teachers.

RGS Worcester has played a central role in the development of these events. The very first PE Focus Conference took place here in April 2024 and, in just one year, the initiative has expanded to include three national conferences, with RGS continuing to host the largest of these. This event reflects our ongoing commitment to academic excellence within PE, ensuring our students and those from across the country benefit from the very best preparation and insight in the lead up to their A Level Examinations.
