Open Morning Awaits
Our School Open Mornings are one of the best ways to see RGS Worcester. Over the last two years, we have had ever-increasing numbers of families come to our Open Morning events at RGS, with record numbers now visiting and enjoying the warm and friendly atmosphere. The morning will be a great opportunity for visitors to meet pupils and staff and for them to show you all that is on offer here.
We are proud to be recognised in ‘Parent Power,’ The Sunday Times Schools Guide 2025, and The Telegraph Schools League Table as the top Independent Co-educational Day School in the West Midlands. Headmaster John Pitt commented: “We are delighted to be recognised as the leading Co-educational Day School in the West Midlands by these national publications. At RGS Worcester, we empower pupils to reach their potential through a personalised curriculum, expert careers guidance, and an innovative digital learning programme.”
During the morning, visitors can explore our subject departments and enjoy a range of pupil-led performances, including the Big Band and Music Soloists. Our Sports facilities will be open, showcasing the many activities on offer and our Athlete Development Programme. The Performing Arts Centre will highlight Drama, while displays will feature the Combined Cadet Force (CCF), Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), House competitions, and various clubs and societies. Our award-winning Careers Department and Digital Learning Programme will also be on display.
Visitors will hear from our pupil speakers and the Headmaster during his presentation. Following the tour, refreshments will be available, and members of the Admissions team and senior staff will be on hand to answer any questions about Admissions, Bursaries, and Scholarships.
After celebrating exceptional public examination results this summer, with over 90% of students securing their first-choice university places, we look forward to continuing to share the exciting opportunities this academic year brings.
