National Football Honours for RGS Pupils
RGS Worcester is proud to celebrate the recent achievements of several pupils who have been recognised at national level for their outstanding talent and commitment to Football.
Year Eight pupils Oscar Greenwood and Harry Morton recently returned from the prestigious ISFA Football Festival in London, where they represented the School with distinction. Over the course of the three-day event, both pupils displayed exceptional skill, teamwork and sportsmanship, earning praise for their performance and conduct throughout. As a result of the Festival, Oscar has been selected for the ISFA Under 14 national England squad. Next season, he looks forward to training and playing in international fixtures.
We are also delighted to announce that Year Eleven pupils Theo Houston, Max Kilby and Year Nine pupil Max Pearce have been selected to represent England in the forthcoming ISFA fixture against Wales. This is a significant honour and a testament to their dedication and development within the sport.
These accolades reflect not only the individual talent of each player but also the strength of the Football programme at RGS Worcester. We warmly congratulate all five pupils on their selection and wish them every success in their forthcoming matches.
