Drama Rehearsals Underway for Years Nine and Ten Production of ‘Clue’
Rehearsals are well underway for the next RGS Worcester theatre production. In March, ‘Clue’ will be performed in the Performing Arts Centre for three nights by pupils in Years Nine and Ten.
Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, ‘Clue’ is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery. Six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects. Led by Wadsworth – the butler, Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Mrs White, Mr Green, Mrs Peacock, and Colonel Mustard race to find the killer as the body count stacks up.
Drama teacher and Director Mr Jak Garrity says: “The pupils in Years Nine and Ten have fully committed to the exaggerated and melodramatic style of ‘Clue’ and they’re all having such a fun time working on this production. I can’t wait for audiences to come and see it”
We look forward to the performances on 6, 7, 8 of March and very much hope that you will be able to join us.
