How to Register
If you would like to proceed with applying for your child to join RGS Worcester, the next step is to Register for a place.
By registering for a place, you will receive:
Priority admissions information: You will receive all relevant details about the Admissions process in a timely manner.
Entrance assessments: You will gain access to sample papers and information about our Entrance Assessments.
Taster days: Registered Applicants can attend exclusive Taster Mornings to experience life at RGS Worcester further.
Comprehensive support: Receive guidance throughout the Admissions process from our dedicated Team.
Our registration process
Complete the registration form on your dedicated Admissions Portal: RGS Worcester Open Apply Account. To access this, visit: rgsw.openapply.com and select login.
Submit an online payment of £60 as part of the registration process

Pupils currently at an RGS Worcester Prep School are not required to complete this registration process. You will receive further information regarding the transition process.

By completion of our Registration form, you are confirming the following:
- You are requesting that the child be registered as a prospective pupil, and will submit an online payment for the non-refundable Registration Fee, currently £60.00.
You understand that:
- Registration of your child as a prospective pupil does not secure your child a place at the School but does ensure that the child will be considered for selection as a pupil at the School.
- The School will process personal data about yourself / yourselves and the child, including sensitive personal data such as medical details, for the purpose of administering its list of prospective pupils and administering its selection procedures. You understand that the processing of personal data about you and your child, including sensitive personal data is necessary for these purposes. This will include the School requesting and obtaining a report from your child’s current school as part of the School’s selection procedures. Further information about how we collect, use and protect personal data can be found in the Privacy Notice on this website.
- In the event that your child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School’s Terms and Conditions for the provision of educational services, which will bind you in the event that you accept the place, upon signing the contract and agreeing to the School’s Terms and Conditions (found at the bottom of this page).
- Any false or misleading information will permit the School to withdraw the offer of a place and/or terminate the contract.
