Lower Sixth Benefit from Mock Interview Experience
Today, Lower Sixth students took part in a valuable Mock Interview session designed to help them refine their interview skills and prepare them for future opportunities. We were delighted to welcome representatives from a wide range of industries who kindly gave their time to conduct the interviews and share their professional insights. These one-to-one sessions offer an excellent opportunity for students to gain confidence and receive constructive feedback in a supportive and familiar environment.
At RGS Worcester, we recognise that every student’s career journey is unique. Our Careers Programme is carefully designed to be flexible, supportive, and inspiring, guiding students from Year Seven through to the Upper Sixth. Through interactive activities, engaging workshops, and hands-on experiences, students are encouraged to explore their interests and consider a broad range of career pathways. By the time they leave RGS Worcester, students are well-prepared to make informed and confident decisions about their future.
Careers support begins in Year Seven, with each year group benefitting from a tailored programme that evolves as pupils progress through the school. Below is an overview of the support offered in the Sixth Form:
