🌿 Year Three Explore the Story of Creation
Year Three welcomed Claines Church`s lay minister on Thursday, who shared the story of Creation in preparation for the upcoming Harvest Festival. She also spoke about the changing seasons and how rain helps plants and crops grow, encouraging pupils to think about the natural world and the food it provides.

🎶 FINDING THEIR SOUND
More than 3,780 individual music and singing lessons take place at RGS The Grange each year, giving pupils opportunities to learn an instrument, develop their voices and grow in confidence.
Whether performing for an audience or making music with friends, pupils are encouraged to take part and enjoy every note.

⚔️ VIKING DAY
Pupils in Year Five travelled back in time today as Professor McGinty visited for an action-packed Viking workshop.
They explored Viking clothing, food, cooking, toys, weapons and battle tactics before writing their own sagas, solving runes and making shields. Dressed in Viking-inspired outfits, pupils threw themselves into the experience and brought their History studies vividly to life.

🎉 CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF THE GRANGE WAY
RGS The Grange marked its 30th Anniversary on Monday with a wonderful day of celebrations bringing together pupils and staff from across the School.
The day began with a special anniversary assembly, followed by themed lesson activities and a 1996-inspired lunch. Pupils and staff embraced the occasion by dressing in outfits inspired by the year the School opened, the outfits were incredible!
A real highlight saw the whole School gather on the playing fields to form the number 30, with the landmark image captured from above.
What a joyful celebration of the School’s history, its community and 30 years of The Grange Way.

🏑🌳 From Little Acorns to Great Oaks 🌳🏑
Last week, we had the wonderful privilege of welcoming back former RGS The Grange pupil Alice Atkinson, who has gone on to represent her country as an international hockey player.
Alice’s journey from a Year One pupil at The Grange to the international hockey stage is a brilliant example of how the seeds planted in our earliest years can grow into something extraordinary. 💚
During her visit, Alice brought her story full circle by presenting the School with her international hockey shirt, answering pupils’ questions and leading an inspiring session on the pitch.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to meet someone who once stood where they are today — and a powerful reminder that, with passion, determination and hard work, those little acorns can grow into great oaks. 🌳🏑

🏰✨ Year Two’s Epic Castle Adventure! ✨🏰
Our Year Two pupils had a fantastic day of adventure at Warwick Castle this week!
The children explored the motte-and-bailey castle, walked along the battlements and climbed to the top, where they were rewarded with spectacular views. 🏰👀
There was plenty more excitement too, from the fantastic bird of prey show and brilliant performance of Zog, to witnessing the impressive trebuchet launch!
A wonderful day of exploring, learning and making memories — what an adventure, Year Two! 💚
