The aim of the School Council at RGS The Grange is to encourage pupils to discuss any issues of their choice that concern school life either inside or outside the classroom.
The School Council meets twice a term and there are representatives from all forms in Years Three to Six. Each form has two representatives, a boy and a girl. Matters discussed vary widely: food, sport, uniform and school trips are just some of the more popular topics which arise.
Recent initiatives have included: supporting fundraising for charities, suggestions for new playground equipment and a traverse wall and changes to the lunch menu and match teas.
