Year Eight pupil Jake has secured the ITCA 4.2 National Series title following an outstanding season on the national sailing circuit.

Eight girls from RGS Worcester and one from RGS The Grange represented Stourport Hockey Club at the Under 12 National Hockey Finals in London, following an outstanding season for both club and School Hockey.

A total of 84 Year Ten GCSE Geography pupils, accompanied by eight members of staff, visited Carding Mill Valley to undertake essential river fieldwork for Paper 3 of their GCSE course.

Year Ten pupils at RGS Worcester have achieved the School’s strongest-ever set of results in the Royal Society of Biology Challenge, a national competition designed to encourage pupils to develop their biological knowledge and problem-solving skills.

On Wednesday, Year Ten pupils had the opportunity to become ‘Sixth Formers for a Day’, experiencing life in the Sixth Form through taster lessons, new subject choices and time spent in Gordon House, the School’s dedicated Sixth Form Centre and Joe’s, the Sixth Form café.

Lower Sixth students have been taking part in Mock Interviews as part of the School’s Careers Programme, helping them to prepare for future applications to University, Apprenticeships and the workplace.

On Monday 15 June, RGS Worcester will host this year’s Creative Arts Evening, ‘The Fellowship of the Arts’, an immersive celebration of pupil creativity, performance and imagination across the Creative Arts.

With just a few days to go, excitement is mounting ahead of this year’s Summer Production, ‘The Hobbit’.

The RGS Worcester community is invited to support a Worcester Foodbank appeal this half term, led by Pastoral Secretary, Mrs Margaret Sturdy, to help provide much-needed donations ahead of the summer holidays.
