Holiday Club at RGS is open to children from the age of 2 to 13 years and we have a wonderful variety of activities for all ages with visiting entertainers, off-site visits, horse riding and bushcraft.
Booking is available online and the process is seamless, allowing you to book, pay and secure a place for your child.
The programme of activities are varied and put together with specific age groups in mind.
The May Holiday Club will be open from Tuesday 26 May – Friday 29 May.
The Summer Holiday Club will be open from Monday 13 July – Friday 28 August.
We are open for bookings from children from ALL schools across the county.
Which programme should you choose?
Shrimps – Open to RGS pupils aged 2 – 4 (Pre-school)
Snappers – Children aged 4 – 7 years (Reception to Year Two)
Sharks – Children aged 7 – 13 years (Year Three upwards)
The atmosphere in Holiday Club is informal and energetic and we have built on the successes of our previous Holiday Clubs by expanding our provision. RGS Holiday Club is based at RGS The Grange utilising our large site and grounds, all-weather Astroturf pitch, two sports pavilions and other areas allowing for a wide range of both indoor and outdoor activities. Some activities, especially for those in the RGS Sharks age range (7+), are provided at RGS Worcester. In partnership with various individual providers, your child will be able to participate in a wide range of activities that could include:
Tennis – Trampolining – Football – Netball – Swimming – Ice Skating Games – Competitions – Quizzes Pop Music – Street Dance – Cooking – Sweet Making – Crafts – Chill Out – Painting – Drama Stories – Construction Toys – Board Games – Camp Building – Forest School – Spy Camp – Rugby – Dodgeball – Go Karting – Themed Days – Outings
As well as our planned activities, the day includes a chill-out time, mid-morning snack time, lunch break, afternoon snack time and tuck shop. Children will need to bring a packed lunch and a morning snack each day.

Fees and further information:
All Holiday Clubs
Full Day Session – 8.00am – 5.30pm £40.00
Most activities are included in the cost of the holiday club but there may be those that incur an additional cost. Fees are payable in advance once your Holiday Club place has been confirmed. Places are now booked via our online booking system once information has been released. Fees must be paid in advance by online payment or childcare vouchers. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and payment will be required for non-attendance or any cancellation under the terms and conditions below.
Wondering what a day on-site looks like for our 4–7 year olds? Think "Active, Creative, and Wild!"
Our Snappers are taking full advantage of the incredible grounds here at The Grange this month. We’re swapping screen time for:
👩🍳 Pizza Making (The tastiest part of the week!)
🏗️ Big Build Challenges to test those engineering minds.
🎨 Crafting all day long.
🌲 Forest School Adventures
Whether they are building a secret den or topping their own pizza, your child is guaranteed to come home with a big smile (and maybe a little bit of mud—the sign of a great day!).

We’ve dialed up the adventure this year with an incredible mix of trips and on-site spectacles:
🚌 BIG TRIPS: We’re heading to the Farm Park, hitting the lanes for Bowling, getting curious at the Science Museum, and diving deep at the Sea Life Centre!
🏰 ON-SITE MAGIC: Think Baking masterclasses, Crafting galore, and a Magic Show that’ll leave them speechless.
✨ SPECIAL GUESTS: Get ready for a Princess Party with a very special guest and an Animal Show that brings the zoo to us!
