Medley of Medals for Swimming Ace
Congratulations to Olivia Fletcher who swam in the West Midlands Regional Championships
in Coventry, and won three Gold, two Silver and three Bronze medals over two weekends.
In the 100m Freestyle class, Olivia won Gold in 59.10 seconds and became the first Worcester Swimming Club woman to go sub minute in a 50m pool. She also took Gold in the Individual Medley and the 100m Backstroke, taking almost four seconds off her Personal Best.
These results are a significant achievement and show great promise for Olivia’s transition to a senior athlete.
