On Wednesday 31 January, RGS Year Ten musicians put on an extensive and varied Tea Time concert in Perrins Hall.
The majority of students who performed are taking GCSE Music, but a number of pupils who participated were from RGS’s co-curricular programme.
There were performances by flautists, saxophonists, trumpeters, a guitarist, violinists, singers and pianists. There was an eclectic range of music from the classical works of Beethoven and Elgar, to the theme tune of ‘Hawaii five O’ and some exciting musical theatre and jazz contributions.
The Music Department would like to congratulate and thank all who took part. The concert was enjoyed by parents, grandparents and teaching staff.
