RGS Given 5 Star Rating

The website schoolguide.co.uk has given RGS Worcester the highest 5-Star rating.

The Worcester News reported about this on Tuesday and included a photograph of the Headmaster and RGS pupils at the School. A total of 34,000 schools across the country were graded as part of the rankings.

At A Level, RGS came in higher than all other local schools in terms of the progress pupils made between Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A Level). This demonstrates that the staff and pupils have made the move to the new reformed A Levels very successfully.

The Headmaster commented, “It is always encouraging to receive a top rating and have the hard work of the pupils and staff recognised. For RGS to be identified as amongst the best schools in the country is excellent.”
