City awaits football derby clash

RGSAO and King’s School will take to the football pitch next week, as Worcester prepares for the annual derby meeting at St George’s Lane.
The home of Worcester City FC will again host the important fixture as the schools do battle on Wednesday, February 11 over the Worcester City Challenge Cup.
Last year, the teams played out a draw and opted to share the trophy rather than play extra time - after the 2007 fixture saw RGSAO victorious by three goals to nil.
The match kicks-off at 6.30pm and admission is £2 per person. All are welcome on the night, so please feel free to come along and support the school.
