Cathedral to host RGSAO Chamber Choir
3 February 2009
Worcester Cathedral will play host to the RGS Worcester & The Alice Ottley School Chamber Choir this coming Thursday, 5th February at 5.30pm.
This will mark the Choir’s second visit to the Cathedral, as part of the School’s regular series of Evensong at Abbeys and Cathedrals across the Midlands. Recent visits have included Bath and Hereford, with a visit to Oxford planned for next term.
The Choir will sing Charles Villiers Stanford’s Setting of the Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in B flat, with the ever popular 'Locus iste' by Anton Bruckner as the anthem.
The Evensong at Worcester Cathedral is open to all, so please feel free to come along and enjoy this service with us.

We regret that, due to the adverse weather conditions, the RGSAO Chamber Choir Worcester Cathedral event will be cancelled today, Thursday 5 February 2009.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause to parents, pupils and staff but feel that under the circumstances this is the safest course of action.
